Three Year Integrated Programme; It has been observed that MBA Level education is offered to students of all graduation streams (History,Boilogy,Geography,Engineering etc) therefore, making it obvious that MBA education academically, has got nothing   to do with graduation.Thus,iijm.org  pioneered Integrated Full Time Programme for students i.e. Postgraduate Programe in Business Management.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The 12-month PGP programme is a uniquely designed course for working and entrepreneurs. It provides them a platform to sharpen their skills and competencies, to grow higher in business.

The curriculum consists of compulsory courses in the first 4 terms. These are mostly foundation courses and courses in the basic functional areas like finance, marketing, human resource management, operations management etc.
The pedagogy used is a judicious mix of lectures, case discussions, project work, term papers, role-play, seminar presentations, assignments, films, management games, and topics of independent study.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The normal duration of Save this module is approximately 20 to 25 days. The course outline will be provided to students. The instructor could choose to give the participant additional assignment/s, if necessary.

The duration of this module is 9 days (approx), wherein a participant is required to visit and stay on campus for all nine days. There would be 4 to 6 sessions per day, each of 90 minutes duration. On the first day there may be a pre-campus module written test for a course, based on the reading material given during the pre-campus module. Additional tests could be given during this visit.

ELIGIBILITY

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Persons with Disability (PWD) category], of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.

The selection would be based on the following factors:
Performance in CAT/GMAT
Personal interview
Candidate’s Academic Record
Scholastic Achievements
Relevant work experience after graduation.

EXPENSES


For the entire programme, Rs 100,000/- will be charged, which covers tuition. Personal expenses such as travel, clothing and laundry will have to be borne by the participant.
